Cindy S. Breth
Cindy has enjoyed over thirty-five years of sales and management success in the professional recruiting industry. To include 21 years with the world’s largest specialized staffing agency, and then successfully forming her own brand, Martin-O’Neill Group.
Cindy previously grew a one-of-a-kind non-profit furniture recycling program, into a financially sustainable entity supporting Operation Food Search. Additionally, helping hundreds in our area through furniture and technology donations and diverting over ten million pounds from area landfills.
She is currently the Executive Director of DMR Foundation, formerly known as More Than Enough Academy, a non-profit dedicated to education and empowerment. Serves on the board of directors of Arise Veteran Foundation and Arial Synch Education.

Douglas M. Risch
Doug is an experienced Managing Partner with a demonstrated history of working in the music and hospitality industry. Skilled in Staffing, Event Management, and Organizational Structure. Strong business development professional with a personally focused strategy to improve the community by social and economic development.

Nicholas A. Risch
Risch, oversees the operations and financial direction of the Washington, MO based hospitality company. With over 100 workers placed in the St. Louis area DMR provided the finest in culinary, bartending and service staff. With over 60 local clients DMR is focused on quality and customer service.
Risch became the Executive Vice President in December 2015 and took on similar rolls with Risch Group LLC. In 2022 the Risch Companies expanded to include First Point Touring Co.
Until 2015 Risch served as the Vice President of Finance overseeing all billing, payments, and financial planning. Along with working with the Chief Operations Officer to provide capital for future growth.
Risch began with DMR Events, Inc. while attending Southeast Missouri State University in 2003.
At Southeast Missouri State University, Risch received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Marketing and Finance graduating Cum Laude.
Risch is a firefighter for the Washington Volunteer Fire Company, Member of the ECC Culinary Arts advisory Board, member of the North and South Tech Hospitality Cluster Advisory Committee. He also has served as a trustee of the Leukemia & Lymphoma society Lower Plains Region.
